Nadya Rued
A bit about me.
I am in my last semester at Chapman University in Orange, California. Currently pursuing two B.A.s in Strategic and Corporate Communication and Public Relations, Advertising, and Entertainment Marketing, I have developed well-honed skills in research, message design, and copywriting. In addition to my two degrees, I also have a minor in the University Honors Program where I can explore other topics and interests.
At Chapman, I have had the opportunity to learn how to cut a trailer and create campaigns from movies and non-profits to advertising and public relations. I am a member of the PRSA Bateman Competition team where I implement all I have learned in the classroom for a client. Through these experiences, I have learned communication skills, editing, design, research skills, copywriting, and copyediting.
Outside of school, I have a deep love for the outdoors, nature, and ecology and am most likely planning my next adventure. My most recent trip was a seven-day backpacking trip in New Zealand as I was studying at the University of Vicotria, Wellington. In addition the outdoors, I love to draw and watercolor and have two cats (Jun and Harry) who I adore.
